MS., LMFT, Clinical Supervisor (she/her/ella)

I am a passionate leader, advocate, and changemaker in LGBTQ+ affirming care, dedicated to dismantling barriers, challenging bias, and creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for individuals, couples, and families. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone, regardless of gender identity, expression, or sexual orientation, deserves access to high-quality, affirming mental health care that fosters self-acceptance, resilience, and healing.

With over eight years as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and six years of experience as a clinical supervisor, I have played a pivotal role in training and mentoring mental health professionals in best practices for gender-affirming therapy. Through training, consultation, advocacy, and cultural humility, I equip clinicians with the skills to provide competent, inclusive, and culturally responsive care, helping ensure that LGBTQ+ individuals, especially trans and nonbinary communities, receive the respect, validation, and support they deserve.

In my work with couples, I integrate a narrative therapy approach, helping partners externalize problems, identify dominant relational stories, and co-create preferred narratives rooted in connection, accountability, and shared meaning. I support couples in slowing down conflict cycles, exploring underlying emotional experiences, and strengthening communication by honoring each partner’s lived experience while fostering deeper understanding, repair, and emotional safety.

Whether you are seeking affirming therapy, professional consultation, or clinical training, I am committed to creating a space where authenticity, connection, and healing can thrive. I welcome the opportunity to support individuals, couples, families, and clinicians in building deeper understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.
