Group Therapy Orange County

Group therapy is a powerful form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists guiding a session with several participants. This collaborative and supportive setting allows individuals to share experiences, insights, and healing strategies while receiving feedback from peers in similar situations. The group size typically ranges from 6 to 12 people, creating an intimate yet diverse environment.

Whether addressing specific mental health challenges, personal development goals, or life transitions, group therapy offers a unique and enriching experience. Many individuals find group therapy to be a complementary addition to individual therapy, as it provides a broader range of support and perspectives.
